Pakje van je hart
During the Christmas period, radio station JOE partners with vzw Kindergeluk, for the charity campaign ‘Pakje van je Hart’. During this campaign, as much money as possible is collected to give underprivileged children a Christmas present. The campaign consists of a TV and cinema spot, OLV, radio spot, print and DOOH. My team was responsible for the mobile activation unit.
Our unit drove around to various shopping locations, providing a real life spot for people to donate via app. The huge amount of visibility and interaction the truck provided soon proved indispensable to the success of the campaign. An astonishing record amount of 1,682,949 euros was collected during 2024, breaking the campaign's own record for the third time in a row.

Behind the scenes
A giant christmas present, bows and all - on wheels. Challenge accepted. Wrapping paper, christmas lights and a custom 3D team aluminium bow - together with our team, I transformed the concept to fit the constraints of the vehicle. Patterns, photographs and logos were aligned carefully, safeguarding important visual elements from overlapping with vents, while ensuring the bow on top remained a perfect fit.
From the second year on, the inside of the unit was also dressed, so visitors could truly experience what it was like to stand inside a Christmas present.
As studio lead, I maintained coordination between the production and design teams to ensure that all deadlines were respected and that project progressed smoothly. Additionally, I handled the design and production of the vehicle wrap, as well creating last-minute assets to strengthen brand presence, including visuals for booths, kiosks, POS, and gift packaging.
